Import PRAAT Pitch contour

Create a pitch contour with PRAAT

It is only a short introduction. To achieve a good quality pitch contour, refer to the manual.

Create pitch contour:

1. Select Open and the audio file.
2. Select Analyse periodicity.
3. Select To pitch, a new file is created in Objects list.

Export the pitch contour:

1. Select the pitch file in Objects list.
2. Select Save.
3. Select Save as text file....

Import Pitch contour

Select File > Import > PRAAT Pitch Contour menu.

Select files in the right format.

Select Import.

You can use them on temporal representations.
