Self-similarity matrix

How Eanalysis compute the similarity matrix?

To add a new auto-similarity matrix view, select button (bottom left):

Select With Events tab and the template Auto-similarity matrix.

A similarity matrix view is added at top. This view does not contain any graph, you have to import data and configure the view. A similarity graph needs one set of data at least. Open property panel (Property toolbar button), select the third tab and Edit button:

1. Unit duration contains the minimum unit duration in minutes:seconds:hundredth. A short duration is better but needs a high CPU. When you create the view this value is equal to duration of projet / 3.
2. Add at least one data.
3. Select Compute. EAnalysis can takes several minutes to compute the matrix.
4. Select/edit the color template.
